Lead-time & Shipping
As all wheels are specially produced and built upon customer's order confirmation, production lead-time is normally 2-3 weeks on average. For some of the models which are with rims in stock, we can ship in a week. While some models might has longer lead-time, we will let you know upon order confirmation.
Freeshipping service is only available by EMS which has service to the destination countries. If there is no EMS service to some of the countries, extra shipping cost will be charged.
EMS is not very stable during the pandemic. Sometimes it's fast, sometimes could take more than 20 days. Duty unpaid!
Duty prepaid service is only for EU countries. Our forwarder witll pay the duty in advance, shipment will takes about 2 weeks or more, depending on the cutsoms clearance time.
DHL and FedEx is the fastest option, normally takes 3-5 days. But duty is unpaid. Shipping for DHL and FedEx is extremly high, we've bared part of the cost.
